Set The Brightness for Room Displays

Yeastar Workplace room displays use the screen and LED light strip to indicate room status.

This topic describes how to adjust the screen brightness and turn off the LED light strip.

Requirements

• Yeastar Workplace Plan: Standard Plan or Pro Plan
• Supported models: Yeastar Room Display DS7510, DS7310

Adjust the screen brightness

1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal.
2. Go to Meeting Room > Room Display Settings > Energy Saving Settings.

3. In the Screen Brightness Settings section, adjust the screen brightness by dragging the slider.

   • The default value is 50%, which is suitable for most environments.
   • For dark environments, drag the slider to the left to dim the brightness.
   • For bright environments, drag the slider to the right to increase the brightness.

4. Click Save.

All the room displays on the system will immediately and automatically update with the new screen brightness.

Turn off the LED light strip

1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal.
2. Go to Meeting Room > Room Display Settings > Energy Saving Settings.
3. In the LED Brightness Settings section, disable LED Brightness Settings.
4. Click Save.

All the room displays on the system will immediately and automatically turn off the LED light strip.
