Prepare for Setting up LoRaWAN Gateway

Before you set up LoRaWAN gateways, you need to note down the device information and mark the devices.

Procedure

1. Note down the following information of a LoRaWAN gateway.

   • SN: The Serial Number (SN) of this device.
     You can collect the SN on the back panel of the device.
   • Location: Where this device will be installed.

   Check the following sample file for reference.
   

2. Mark the device to remind you where it will be installed.
   For example, attach a label of its associated location on the back of the gateway.

3. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for all the gateways that need to be set up.
