Room Display -- Setup Overview

1. Install Room Displays

• Install the Room Display application (Android only) on your own Android devices, click the icon below.
  

  Important

  Make sure your Android device meets the following requirements:

  • System: Android 8 - Android 12
  • Screen size: 8 inches - 15.6 inches

• Install Yeastar's Room Display devices, see the following topics:
  • Install Yeastar Room Display DS7510
  • Install Yeastar Room Display DS7315
  • Install Yeastar Room Display DS7310

2. Register Room Displays

3. Optional: Configure the settings

• Configure the screen display, status theme colors, and energy-saving settings for Room Displays.

• Decide whether users can book meeting rooms through Room Displays.

• Decide whether to allow only users with permission to book, check in, and end meetings on Room Displays.

• If you are using Yeastar Room Display DS7310 or DS7315, you can connect your access control device with it.
