Select Receptionists

The receptionist is a special user role who can manage all visitor schedules within his authority, including editing, checking in, deleting, and submitting check-in questionnaires.

This topic describes how to select receptionists.


  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, and go to Visits > Visit Settings > Receptionist Settings.

  2. To the right of the Receptionist field, click to select receptionists.


    You can select up to 3 users.

  3. Click the Allow Receptionists to Operate dropdown list, and specify a time range that allows the receptionists to manage all visit schedules within it.

  4. In the Send Check-in Notifications to the Receptionist dropdown list, decide whether to notify the receptionists when the visitors check in.

  5. Click Save.

What to do next

Notify users who were selected as receptionists that they are now able to manage all the visit schedules within their authority.
