Email Server Overview
Background information
By setting up the email server, administrator can specify the enterprise mailbox as the default sender address. All emails sent through Yeastar Workplace will show this mailbox as the sender, thus matching the brand image of the enterprise.
Yeastar Workplace will send emails to users or the administrator in the following situations:

Send invitation emails.

Send password reset emails.

Send low power notification emails.

Send notification emails about the meeting being booked, edited, and canceled successfully.

Send notification emails about upcoming meetings.

Send emails to remind users to check in to a meeting.

Send notification emails about checking to, extending, and ending a meeting successfully.
Set up an email server
Yeastar Workplace provides a default email server and also supports to set up a custom email server.
Set up the default server
When using the default email server, all emails sent by Yeastar Workplace will show noreply@workplace.yeastar.com as the sender.

Set up the custom server
When using a custom email server, all emails sent by Yeastar Workplace will show the email address you set as the sender.
