View and Manage Your Meeting Room Bookings

This topic describes how to manage your meeting room bookings, including editing booking details and resubmit the request for pending reservations

Edit your meeting room bookings

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace web portal and select the Schedule tab in the top bar.
  2. Select a meeting room reservation that has not yet taken place.
  3. In the pop-up dialog box, click Edit.
  4. Edit the reservation details as needed.

    Note

    • For request-only rooms, if you changed the start/end time, the recurring pattern, or changed the room to another request-only room, you will need to submit a reservation request again.
    • If you changed the room from a request-only room to a regular room, your request will be approved directly.
  5. Optional: If you do NOT want to notify participants about this modification, unselect Notify all participants after editing.

  6. Click Save (For pending request-only room reservations, click Request).

Resubmit the request for pending reservations

When your reservation request is not answered, you can always resubmit the request to remind users with approval privileges about your reservation request.

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace web portal and select the Schedule tab in the top bar.
  2. Click a pending reservation request, and select Request Again in the pop-up window.
  3. In the pop-up dialog box, click OK.
