Disconnect OpenLDAP Integration

If you want to integrate with another directory, you need to remove the current integration first. This topic describes how to disconnect the integration between Yeastar Workplace and OpenLDAP.

Procedure

1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, go to Integration.
2. In the Directory Sync section, click Disconnect beside the OpenLDAP Server.
   

3. In the pop-up window, do as follows:
   

   1. Decide whether to clean up the users and groups synced from OpenLDAP.

      • Select the Clean the Data Synced: All users and groups synced from OpenLDAP will be deleted.
      • Unselect the Clean the Data Synced: All users and groups synced from OpenLDAP will be retained and fully managed by Yeastar Workplace.

   2. Click Confirm.

Result

The OpenLDAP integration is disconnected.
