Submit Check-in Questionnaire

Check-in questionnaires are used to collect information from visitors. You can enable visitors to submit the questionnaire or submit the questionnaire for them.

Enable visitors to submit check-in questionnaire

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the Visits tab in the top bar.
  2. In the top filter bar, click beside Status and select Invited, then click Search.
  3. To the right of the desired visit schedule, click .
  4. In the pop-up dialog box, select the checkbox Send Invitation via Email.
  5. Click OK.

Result

The visitor will receive an email notification with a link to submit the check-in questionnaire.

Submit check-in questionnaire for visitors

You can submit questionnaires for all visit schedules you are involved in, including schedules that you created and host.

Tip

If you are a receptionist, you can submit the questionnaire for all the visit schedules within your authority that admin assigned.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the Visits tab in the top bar.
  2. In the top filter bar, click beside Status and select Invited, then click Search.
  3. To the right of the desired visit schedule, click then select Check-in Questionnaire.
  4. In the pop-up window, fill out the questionnaire.
  5. Click OK to submit the questionnaire.
Need to focus on schedules you host?

If you only want to submit check-in questionnaire for schedules you host, do as follows:

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the Schedule tab in the top bar.
    This tab displays all your visit schedules, the unchecked ones are displayed in black.
  2. Click the desired visit schedule and select Check-in Questionnaire.
  3. In the pop-up window, fill out the questionnaire.
  4. Click OK to submit the questionnaire.

Result

You have submitted the questionnaire successfully.
