Disconnect Active Directory Integration

If you want to integrate with another directory, you need to remove the current integration first. This topic describes how to disconnect the integration between Yeastar Workplace and Active Directory.

Procedure

1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, and go to Integration.
2. In the Directory Sync section, click Disconnect beside the Active Directory (AD).
   

3. In the pop-up window, do as follows:
   

   1. Decide whether to clean up the users and groups synced from Active Directory.

      • Select the Clean the Data Synced: All users and groups synced from Active Directory will be deleted.
      • Unselect the Clean the Data Synced: All users and groups synced from Active Directory will be retained and fully managed by Yeastar Workplace.

   2. Click Confirm.

Result

The Active Directory integration is disconnected.
