Check in to a Visit Schedule

Check in for a visit schedule to indicate this visit has occurred, both visitors and employees can check in for their current day's visit schedules.

Restriction

Check-in is only supported for the current day's visit schedule.

Visitors check themselves in

Upon arrival, visitors can check themselves in by scanning the QR code on the welcome screen.

The check-in flow may vary depending on whether this visitor is invited by employees.

  • Visitors who are invited by employees (pre-registered visitors) can check in directly.
  • For walk-in visitors, they need to register on-site to create a visit schedule first, then check in.

Employee check-in for visitors

Employees can check in for all visit schedules they are involved in, including schedules that they created and host.

Tip

If you are a receptionist, you can check in to all the visit schedules within your authority that admin assigned.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the Visits tab in the top bar.

  2. In the top filter bar, filter out the unchecked-in schedules of the current day.

    1. Click beside Status and select Invited, then click Search.
    2. Click beside Time and select the date of the current day, then click Search.
  3. To the right of the desired visit schedule, click then select Check In.

    • If the questionnaire has been submitted, click Confirm in the pop-up dialog box.
    • If the questionnaire has not been submitted, fill out the questionnaire and click Submit and Check in Now in the pop-up dialog box.
Need to focus on schedules you host?

If you only want to view and check in for schedules you host, do as follows:

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the Schedule tab in the top bar.
    This tab displays all the visit schedules you host, the unchecked ones are displayed in black.
  2. Click the desired visit schedule and select Check In.

    • If the questionnaire has been submitted, click Confirm in the pop-up dialog box.
    • If the questionnaire has not been submitted, fill out the questionnaire and click Submit and Check in Now in the pop-up dialog box.

Result

The visit schedule has been checked in successfully, the status shows Arrived.
If this schedule is not registered on-site, a notification about the check-in is sent to the host(s) and receptionists.
