Import Meeting Rooms

You can bulk add rooms by importing an Excel file to improve work efficiency.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure Yeastar Workplace has a sufficient number of rooms for importing meeting rooms before start.

    Tip

    Click the plan icon beside the account button to view the number of available rooms and buy more rooms.

  • Ensure your smart devices are registered to Yeastar Workplace so they can be added to the meeting rooms.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the account button in the top-right corner, and select Management Portal.
  2. Go to Meeting room > Room Management, click Import/Export and select Import.

  3. In the pop-up window, click Download Template File. 1
  4. Edit the template file and fill in your data in the file.
  5. Back to the pop-up window and click Upload Excel. 1
  6. Select your completed Excel file, and click Import to start uploading the file.

Wait for a few seconds, a result will be displayed on the web page. If importing successfully, the rooms will be listed on the web page as the following figure shows.
