Set up Yeastar SMTP Server as an Email Server

This topic describes how to set up Yeastar SMTP server as the email server of Yeastar Workplace.

Prerequisite

Make sure Yeastar Workplace can access the Internet.

Procedure

1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal.
2. Go to Company Settings > Email.
3. Click the Email Server Types drop-down, and select Yeastar SMTP Server.

4. Test if the mail server can successfully send emails.

   1. Click Test, in the pop-up dialog box, enter an email address to receive the test emails.
   2. Click Send.

5. Click Save.

Result

All the emails sent by Yeastar Workplace will show noreply@workplace.yeastar.com as the sender.
