This topic describes how to sign up for the Yeastar Workplace free trial.

Background information

Yeastar Workplace provides 3 different plans to best meet the needs of your organization.

• Basic Plan Streamline meeting room scheduling with all must-have features.

• Standard Plan Book rooms, allocate desks, and manage visitors in one place.

• Pro Plan Empower enterprise-grade workplace management with smart technology and additional controls.

After your Yeastar Workplace account is created, a 30-day free trial of the Standard Plan (with 3 meeting rooms, 30 desks, and 1 visitor license) will be enabled automatically.

To create a Yeastar Workplace account, see the instructions below.

Procedure

1. Go to Yeastar Workplace account register page .

2. Fill in the required information and click Get Started.
   

   Important

   • The required information is used to create your company account, which has all permissions of the Yeastar Workplace for your company.
   • It's recommended to register the account by a general email address instead of a personal email address, for example, workplace@yourdomain.com.

3. On the directed page, create your company account.
   

   1. Specify the password for your company account.
   2. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select the checkbox to agree to them.
   3. Click Create Now.

Result

Your company account is created successfully, and the 30-day free trial of Yeastar Workplace Standard Plan is enabled.
