Access Yeastar Workplace Web Portal

This topic describes how to access Yeastar Workplace web portal within Microsoft Teams.

Prerequisites

Yeastar Workplace is integrated with Microsoft Teams.

Procedure

1. Log in to Microsoft Teams.
2. Click Yeastar Workplace on the sidebar.

3. On the application page, select Yeastar Workplace tab on the top bar.
   

   Important

   Access to Management Portal in Teams is not supported. Users with the Administrator role can click in the upper right corner to access Management Portal.

Result

You have accessed Yeastar Workplace web portal, now you can enjoy all the Yeastar Workplace features within Microsoft Teams:

• Book meeting rooms
• Book desks
• Invite visitors
