Manege Office Building

This topic describes how to manege your office building, including editing building details, managing floors, and uploading floor maps.

Prerequisite

Prepare the maps of your floors, and ensure the maps meet the following requirements:

  • Format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
  • Size: Less than 10MB

Procedure

Yeastar Workplace automatically created a default building based on your company information, which you can edit directly to save time and effort.

  1. Edit building details.

    1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, and go to Company Settings > Building Management.
    2. In the top right corner of a desired building, click and select Edit.
    3. In the pop-up dialog box, edit the building details as needed.
    4. Click OK to save your edit.
  2. Manage floors.

    1. In the top right corner of the desired building, click and select Floor/Map.
    2. Manage floors as needed:

      • To add floors, click Add Floor, enter the floor names in the pop-up dialog box, then click OK.
      • To edit the floor name, select the desired floor then click .
      • To delete a floor, select the desired floor then click .
      • To adjust the display order, select the desired floor and drag it to a new position.
  3. Upload floor maps

    1. In the floor list, select a floor, and click Upload a Map to upload a map for this floor.
    2. Repeat the previous step to upload maps for all desired floors.

What to do next

You can configure the office map to mark desks and meeting rooms on the map.
