Office Map Layout

This topic describes the Office Map layout

Click the building name in the upper left corner to switch the building and floor.

Important

Make sure all your configurations are saved before switching the building or floor.

Left panel

The left panel shows all the space resources (both meeting rooms and desks) in your system.

  • Unmarked: This list displays all the space resources (both meeting rooms and desks) that are not marked on the map.
  • Mark: This list displays the space resources (both meeting rooms and desks) marked on this floor map.

Floor map

The floor map shows all the resources marked on the map.

The colors of icons indicate the different types of resources:

  • Blue: A flexible desk or regular meeting room.
  • Gray: A permanent desk or dedicated meeting room.

Tip

Hold down the Space and click & drag to move the canvas.
