Delete Onsite Proxy Instances

This topic describes how to delete an Onsite proxy instance or delete Onsite proxy instances in bulk from the PBX.

Important: Deleting an Onsite Proxy instance will disconnect any IP phones currently registered with the PBX through it. Therefore, before deletion, ensure the instance is no longer in use.

After deletion, you can assign another available proxy instance to the affected phones if needed (Path: Auto Provisioning > Phones > Edit > Options > Onsite Proxy).

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to System > Onsite Proxy.
  2. On Onsite Proxy list, delete Onsite Proxy instances as needed.
    • To delete an Onsite proxy instance, do as follows:
      1. Click beside the desired instance.
      2. In the pop-up dialog box, click OK.
    • To bulk delete Onsite proxy instances, do as follows:
      1. Select the checkboxes of the desired instances.
      2. At the top of the list, click Delete.
      3. In the pop-up dialog box, click OK.
  3. Click Apply.
