Delete P-Series Cloud PBXs

If users don't need specific P-Series Cloud PBXs, you can delete them.

Restrictions

Important: The feature only works for partners who have purchased hosting package of P-Series Cloud Edition and are allowed to delete PBXs.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Cloud PBX > PBX.
  2. Select the checkboxes of desired PBXs, click Delete.
  3. In the pop-window, enter a verification code to confirm your operation, then click Confirm.

Result

  • The PBXs are deleted and can NOT be retrieved.
  • The number of extensions, concurrent calls, and recording capacity is retrieved.
    Important: Ultimate Plan can NOT be retrieved and refund is NOT supported.
