Check Subscription for P-Series Hosting Package

After you purchase hosting package of P-Series Cloud Edition on Yeastar Partner Portal, the subscribed capacity and service are synchronized to your Yeastar Central Management.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, click My Subscription.
  2. In the P-Series Hosting Package section, check the subscribed capacity (such as extensions, concurrent calls, call recording minutes, and ultimate plan extensions ) and service (such as High Availability, White Label, Custom Domain, and AI Transcription).
    Tip: You can hover the mouse over the beside Used to check the details of used capacity, including the capacity you've used in created PBXs and the capacity that you've assigned to your resellers.
