Onsite Proxy Overview
In Yeastar Central Management, you can centrally monitor all Yeastar Onsite Proxy instances created on your and your subordinate users’ P‑Series Cloud PBXs, as well as on remotely connected P‑Series Software Editions. You can view the number and details (connection status, system resources utilization, etc.) of these instances, identifying performance issues of the instances and prevent connection interruptions with their associated PBXs.
Requirements
- The PBX firmware version should meet the following requirements:
- P‑Series Cloud PBX: Version 84.23.0.x or later.
- P‑Series Software Edition: Version 83.23.0.x or later.

You have the permission to monitor Yeastar Onsite Proxy instances.Tip: If the Onsite Proxy menu is not visible, contact your service provider to obtain this permission.
Instance status
The Onsite Proxy instances for running P‑Series Cloud PBXs and online P‑Series Software Editions are automatically synchronized to the Onsite Proxy instance list in Yeastar Central Management and displayed with the following status.

Connected: The Onsite Proxy instance is normally connected to its associated PBX. |

Disconnected: The connection between the Onsite Proxy instance and its associated PBX is lost. |

Abnormal: The system resources
utilization for the Onsite Proxy instance has exceeded any if
the following thresholds:

Unknown: Failed to get status of the Onsite Proxy instance associated with a P‑Series Software Edition, as the PBX is disconnected from Yeastar Central Management. |
Instance monitoring
- The CPU utilization exceeds 85%.
- The memory utilization exceeds 85%.
- The disk utilization exceeds 95%.
