View Onsite Proxy Instances

This topic describes how to view the details of Yeastar Onsite Proxy instances.

Note: To view Yeastar Onsite Proxy instances associated with a certain P‑Series PBX, you can access the list of P-series Cloud PBXs or remotely connected P-series Software Editions. For more information, see Check Onsite Proxy Instances of a P-series Cloud PBX and Check Onsite Proxy Instances of P-series Software Edition.

Requirements

The PBX firmware version should meet the following requirements:
  • P‑Series Cloud PBX: Version 84.23.0.x or later.
  • P‑Series Software Edition: Version 83.23.0.x or later.

Prerequisites

You have the permission to monitor Yeastar Onsite Proxy instances.
Tip: If the Onsite Proxy menu is not visible, contact your service provider to obtain this permission.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Onsite Proxy.
  2. Optional: Search or filter the Onsite Proxy instances from the list.

  3. To check details of an Onsite Proxy instance, click beside the desired instance.
