Upgrade Plan for a P-Series Cloud PBX

By default, all the P-Series Cloud PBXs that you create are subscribed with Enterprise Plan. To allow users to enjoy advanced features like web video call or video conferencing, you can upgrade the PBX Plan to Ultimate Plan.

Restrictions

The feature only works for partners who have purchased hosting package of P-Series Cloud Edition.

Note:
  • If you have a Partner Portal account, you can use the Serial Number of the Cloud PBX to simply proceed with the upgrade on Yeastar Partner Portal, where you can complete upgrading the plan and paying for the price difference in one platform (Path: Purchase > P-Series Cloud Edition (Package) > Upgrade PCE Instance).
  • If you provide cloud-based service based on individual P-Series Cloud PBX instead of hosting package, you need to upgrade on Yeastar Partner Portal using the Serial Number of the Cloud PBX (Path: My Products > P-Series Cloud Edition > More > Switch).

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Cloud PBX > PBX.
  2. Select a desired PBX, click , then select Upgrade Plan from the drop-down list.

  3. In the pop-up window, click to copy the serial number, then click Confirm.

Result

On PBX list, plan status is displayed as EP->UP.

Contact Yeastar or log in to Yeastar Partner Portal to complete payment within 3 days.
