Reset Administrator Password of a P-Series Cloud PBX

If PBX super administrator forgets user name or password, you can send a password reset email to the super administrator's email address.

Prerequisites

The P-Series Cloud PBX is activated and is running.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Cloud PBX > PBX.
  2. Select a desired PBX, click , then select Reset Administrator Password from the drop-down list.

  3. In the pop-window, enter a verification code to confirm your operation, then click Confirm.

Result

A password reset email is sent to super administrator's email address.

What to do next

The super administrator needs to click the password reset link to reset password.

Note: The password reset link is valid for 30 minutes and can be used only ONCE.
