Change Recipients of PBX Activation Emails

For an inactivated P-Series Cloud PBX, you need to send PBX activation emails to customers so that they can activate and use the PBX system. In case you want to change email recipients before sending PBX activation emails, follow instructions in the topic to add or remove customers.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Cloud PBX > PBX.
  2. Click beside a desired PBX.

  3. Under the Customer Information section, remove or add customers as needed:
    • Remove a customer: Click beside a desired customer.
    • Add an existing customer: Click Add, then select a customer from the drop-down list of Customer Name.

    • Add a new customer: Click Add, select Add Customer from the drop-down list, fill in customer information, then click Save.
      Note: The newly created customer will be synchronized to Cloud PBX > Customer.

  4. Click Save.
