Configure Emergency Notification Email
Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition provides a default email template for emergency notification, you can also customize your own template.
Background information
By default, Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition sends emergency notification emails in the
language that you have set in system
email template. An emergency notification Email contains the following
information:
- Caller information: Include extension name and number.
- Emergency information: Include emergency name and number, and emergency call time.
- PBX information: Include PBX nameand PBX serial number.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- Click Email Template.
- Customize email template.
- In the Template drop-down list, select Custom.
- Edit email subject and content according to your needs.
- Click Save.
