Manage Scheduled CDR Delivery Tasks

This topic describes how to edit and delete scheduled CDR delivery tasks.

Edit a scheduled CDR delivery task

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > CDR.
  2. In the Scheduled CDR tab, click beside the desired task.

  3. Edit the task according to your needs.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a scheduled CDR delivery task

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > CDR.
  2. In the Scheduled CDR tab, do as follows:

    1. Click beside the desired task.
    2. In the pop-up window, click OK.
