Set up Call Transfer
This topic describes how to set up call transfer.
Set up attended transfer
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- Select the checkbox of Attended Transfer to enable
the attended transfer feature.
If unselected, the extension users can not perform attended transfer by dialing the feature code.
- Enter a code number according to your needs.
- In the Digit Timeout(s) drop-down list, select a timeout for entering transfer recipient's number after you hear a dial tone.
- In the Attended Transfer Timeout(s) field, enter a number of seconds for transfer recipient to take the transferring call.
- Click Save and Apply.
Set up blind transfer
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- Select the checkbox of Blind Transfer to enable the
blind transfer feature.
If unselected, the extension users can not perform blind transfer by dialing the feature code.
- Enter a code number according to your needs.
- In the Digit Timeout(s) drop-down list, select a timeout for entering transfer recipient's number after you hear a dial tone.
- In the Rebound Missed Transferred Calls (Applicable to Both blind/Semi-attended Transfer) option, set whether to transfer the call back to the transferor when the transfer recipient doesn't answer the call.
- Click Save and Apply.
