Allow Members to Forward Incoming Calls to Voicemail

This topic describes how to allow ring group members to forward incoming ring group calls to their own extension voicemails.

Requirements

The firmware version of PBX server is 84.24.0.30 or later.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Ring Group.
  2. At the top of the ring group list, click Options.
  3. In the pop-up window, complete the following settings.
    1. In the Allow Members to Forward Incoming Calls to Voicemail drop-down list, select Enabled.
    2. Click Save.

Result

When a call is routed to a ring group, the ring group members (with their extension voicemail enabled) can forward the incoming call to their extension voicemail directly from the incoming call window.
Note: This feature is not supported on Linkus iOS Client.
