Application Programming Interface (API)
Yeastar P-Series PBX System provides rich and robust PBX APIs, which allow developers to integrate the PBX system with third-party applications, and develop custom services. The interfaces cover extensive access and management of call functionalities, CDR data, contacts, and more.

Organization Management
The Organization Management feature allows you to organize your company directory with tree structure, and enjoy easier administration with department-level user permission control.
For more information about the feature and related configurations, see Organization Overview.
Note: Once enable the Organization Management feature, extension users on Linkus clients are displayed by departments if the Linkus Clients meet the following requirements:
  • Linkus iOS version: 4.8.5 or later.
  • Linkus Android version: 4.8.6 or later.
Client Permission
The Client Permission provides a centralized user permission configuration entrance, where you can determine whether the extension users can view specific extensions/extension groups/departments, or view/manage company contacts on Linkus Clients.
Note: The group information visibility and company contacts visibility settings of extension group are moved to this feature.

HubSpot CRM Integration
With the HubSpot CRM Integration feature, you can quickly integrate HubSpot CRM with the company’s PBX system through simple operations, and achieve the following functions:

  • Call Journal

HID-compliant Headset Integration
Added support for HID-compliant (Human Interface Device) headset integration with Linkus Web Client to realize easy and flexible call control.
Note: If you have integrated Jabra headsets, you need to perform the integration again after upgrading to this new version.

Auto Provisioning (RPS FQDN)
Added support for RPS FQDN auto provisioning method. Users can perform RPS auto provisioning for remote IP phones using Yeastar FQDN.
Note: This auto provisioning method is available for all the IP phones that Yeastar P-Series PBX System supports for RPS auto provisioning.

IP Phone / Gateway Remote Access
Added support for remotely accessing the web interface of IP phone / gateway from PBX.
For example, when tech supporters visit the PBX via either FQDN domain name, or a random visit link of Yeastar remote management for troubleshooting, they can also visit the web interface of an IP phone / gateway from the PBX to examine the configurations.

Feature Code
Added new feature codes for the following features.

Feature Usage
Call Forwarding Extension users can dial a specific feature code to immediately change the call forwarding destination, or disable the automatic call forwarding.

Call Monitoring Authorized extension users can dial a specific feature code to listen in on the call of a specific extension.

Music on Hold (MoH)
Added support for using streaming music as Music on Hold (MoH). Users can add a URL that is used to connect to a live audio feed from a particular source. When a call is put on hold, the system will play the streaming music from the URL to the waiting party.

Improvement and bug fixes

Web Interface
  • Added support for the web interface language of Vietnamese.
  • Optimized the user experience of web interface.
Web Portal
  • Added support for allowing super administrator to log in to the PBX using email address.
  • Distinguished different web portals for super administrator and extension users that have administrative privileges.
    • Administrator Portal dedicated for super administrator, the Login address is PBX IP address/admin.
    • Management Portal for extension users with administrative privileges, the Login address is PBX IP address.

Auto Provisioning
  • Added support for auto provisioning the following IP phones via RPS:

  • Fixed the device firmware upload issue: A user failed to upload a firmware for Snom IP phones.
DND
Added support for monitoring DND status by a BLF key. If an extension user enables or disables DND status, the BLF LED will display the DND status.
  • When DND is enabled, the BLF LED is red.
  • When DND is disabled, the BLF LED is green.

SIP Trunk
Added new VoIP setting Ignore 183 message without SDP (Path: Trunk > Advanced > VoIP Settings). If enabled, the PBX will ignore the 183 messages that don't contain SDP.
FQDN
  • Added support for remote API access via FQDN.
  • Optimized the account permission assignment of Yeastar FQDN. You can set up Allowed Account or Restricted Account to limit FQDN remote access features for specific accounts.

IVR
  • Added support for changing IVR prompt remotely by dialing the feature code # 9 on a phone, without logging in to PBX with a computer.

  • Added new destination of Play IVR Prompt for the Invalid Input Destination.
Call Recording
Added support for one-touch recording, allowing authorized extensions to start recording during a call that is not specified to be recorded.

Custom Prompt
  • Optimized Custom Prompt capacity.
    Check the maximum number of custom prompts in the following table:

  • Fixed the upload issue: A user failed to replace an existing custom prompt with a new one.
Security
  • Optimized the system security mechanism.
  • Optimized the mechanism of Allowed Country IPs to avoid the issue: Users can not access the PBX due to the incorrect operation that didn't allow the IP access from their country/region.

Call issue
Fixed the following call issues:
  • A user picked up a call and performed attended transfer, the call transfer operation failed.
  • A user made a call by directly pasting a number on the web client soft phone, the call failed as the pasted number contained space.
Extension
  • Fixed the extension creation issue: A user failed to save and apply configurations when creating extensions in bulk.
  • Fixed the extension presence issue: A user switched the extension presence to DND status on IP phone, the presence status of the extension on PBX was not synchronized.
Voicemail
Fixed the voicemail issue: A user had enabled the New Voicemail Notification for the extension voicemail, but didn't receive an email when there was a new voicemail.
LDAP
Fixed the LDAP synchronization issue: A user had changed the name of an extension, but the extension information queried on the IP phone didn't be synchronized.
CRM
Fixed the call pop-up issue: The PBX was integrated with a CRM, but there was no call pop-up when a queue received an inbound call.
Call Report
Fixed the call report statistics issue: The statistics in trunk activity reports was inaccurate.
System Log
Fixed the system log download issue: After a user downloaded the system log, the file couldn't be opened.
Linkus Client
Fixed the Linkus Client login issue: After the FQDN free trial service expired, when a user logged in to Linkus by scanning a QR code or pasting a link, the Linkus Client still displayed the device Serial Number instead of the original Hostname/IP settings.
