- Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
- CTI feature allows users to control IP phones and analog phones via Linkus Web Client or Linkus Desktop Client.
- Paging and Intercom
- You can create a Paging/Intercom group, and place a call to the group members at any time or schedule a call to the group members ahead of time.
- Group Voicemail
- Group Voicemail is a feature for a team to share the workload of reading and responding to voicemail messages. Group Voicemail can be configured for a Queue, a Ring Group, or a custom group. For information about the configurations, see the following topics:
- Concurrent registrations for one extension
- Registering one extension number to multiple SIP endpoints allows the users to handle calls on any devices. For more information, see Allow Multiple Registrations for One Extension Number.
- Distinctive Ringtone
- Distinctive Ringtone allows users to distinguish incoming calls by ringtones and notice the intention of incoming calls.
- Distinctive Caller ID Name
- Distinctive Caller ID Name is a string that will be displayed on extension users' phones. A distinctive caller ID name allows users to know where the incoming call is routed, and who is calling.
- Microsoft Teams Integration
- Added support for integrating Yeastar P-Series PBX System and Microsoft Teams. After the integration, you can achieve the followings:
- Reset Password
- Super administrator and extension users can reset web login password if
they forget the password.

- Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI)
- Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) is a system monitoring and management interface provided by Asterisk. The AMI feature allows you to connect an AMI client to Yeastar P-Series PBX System.
- Emergency Notification Contact
- An emergency notification contact is the person who will get a phone notification or email notification when an extension user dials an emergency number through the PBX.

Improvements and bug fixes
- FQDN and SIP NAT
- You can enable Yeastar FQDN feature and configure SIP NAT settings (on Public IP and Ports page) for your static public IP address or domain name at the same time.
- Extension Bulk Edit
- Added support for editing NAT setting for multiple extensions in bulk.
- Linkus Welcome Email
- Fixed the issue that the image of QR code didn't load in Gmail.
- Email Server
- The Username field and Password field for email server are changed from mandatory fields to optional fields.
- Operator Panel
- Fixed the issue that the number of extensions was displayed incorrectly if Show Unregistered Extension setting was disabled.
- CDR
- Fixed the Queue CDR issue: The call status was incorrect for the incoming call that reached a queue without any agents or a queue with all agents in "Paused" status.
