Teams Integration

Fixed the issue that failed to make calls through Linkus Desktop Client within Teams.

Note:

The cause of this issue is that the Teams client no longer allows other desktop applications to be invoked. To fix this issue, Linkus Web Client will be used as the new endpoint for initiating calls.
To make calls through Linkus Web Client within Teams, you ONLY need to upgrade the PBX to the latest version.
