Send P-Series Software Edition Activation Email

By default, the user to whom you assign the software PBX and you will receive a PBX activation email after you request a trial or purchase a commercial license. If you don't receive the email or if you want to send the email to your subordinate user, you can follow the guide to proceed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Products & Purchase.
  2. On the product list, click Software PBX (PSE Self-hosted).
  3. On the right of the desired product, click More, then select Send Activation Email from the drop-down list.

  4. Select the checkboxes of one or more users to receive the PBX activation email, then click Send.
    Note: Users in the list are your customers who have activated their accounts for the portal.

Result

The PBX activation email will be sent to the specified users' mailboxes.
