Send P-Series Software Edition Activation Email
By default, the user to whom you assign the software PBX and you will receive a PBX activation email after you request a trial or purchase a commercial license. If you don't receive the email or if you want to send the email to your subordinate user, you can follow the guide to proceed.
Procedure
- Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Products & Purchase.
- On the product list, click Software PBX (PSE Self-hosted).
- On the right of the desired product, click More, then
select Send Activation Email from the drop-down
list.
- Select the checkboxes of one or more users to receive the PBX activation
email, then click Send.Note: Users in the list are your customers who have activated their accounts for the portal.
Result
The PBX activation email will be sent to the specified users' mailboxes.
