Enable or Disable Auto Renewal for Subscription

You can enable auto-renewal for a subscription to avoid service disruption. In this way, the system automatically renews the subscription at the end of the billing period. You can also disable auto-renewal as needed.

Enable auto-renewal for subscription

To enable auto-renewal, select the checkbox of Auto Renew when checking out for subscription.

Disable auto-renewal for subscription

1. Go to Products & Purchase.
2. On the product list, click a specific product.
3. On the right of the desired product, click More, then select View Details from the drop-down list.

   

4. In the Information & Existing Services section, click More.

   

5. On the Plan Details page, click Cancel Auto Renew, then enter the CAPTCHA and click Confirm in the pop-up window.
