Added description for the following new API interfaces, allowing you to query, create, update, and delete colleague accounts for yourself or your subordinate users:

  • /user/openapi/user/v1/colleagues/{colleaguesId}
Added description for the PSE White Label service for Cloud PBX (PCE Package) (dedicated for BYOI), which allows you to customize software PBXs with your own brand.
Updated description Updated description for P-Series Plan for Appliance Edition and Software PBX (PSE Self-hosted): Added support for Remote Management Connection service, allowing PBXs to connect to Yeastar Central Management using their own connection quota instead of consuming the quota of the Yeastar Central Management account.

To implement this, you need to complete the followings:

  1. Subscribe Remote Connection Service for the desired PBX.
  2. Upgrade the PBX to version 37.24.0.122 / 83.24.0.122 or later.
  3. Connect the PBX to Yeastar Central Management.
Updated description for User:
  • Added a configuration item Sync to NovoOne Portal as My Reseller for partners and colleagues, allowing you to synchronize a subordinate user or colleague to NovoOne Platform as a reseller.
  • Added a configuration item RM User for colleagues, which allows you to assign the RM role to a colleague and enables on-premises P-Series PBXs to connect to the colleague's Yeastar Central Management.

    Each software PBX and cloud PBX come with free transcription minutes - 120 minutes for Enterprise Plan and 240 minutes for Ultimate Plan. When the free minutes are used up, additional transcription minutes can be purchased on demand or in packs of 500 minutes as needed.

  • Added support for AI receptionist services:
    • AI Receptionist (On-Demand Minute Pack)
    • AI Receptionist (Monthly Rolling Plan)

    Each software PBX and cloud PBX come with 60 free receptionist minutes. When the free minutes are used up, additional receptionist minutes can be purchased on demand or in packs of 200 minutes as needed.
