Refer Yeastar Products to Customers

Yeastar's Referral Program allows you to refer the free trial of P-Series Software Edition and P-Series Cloud Edition to customers by sharing your unique referral link. When customers apply a trial through the link, the trial PBX will be automatically associated with your account and appear in your product list.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Dashboard.
  2. Obtain your unique referral link in either of the following ways:
    • At the top-right corner, click , then copy the link for P-Series PBX.

    • On the Referral Link panel, copy the link for P-Series PBX.

  3. Invite customers by sharing the referral link anywhere you like, such as email, website, blog, etc.
    Important: Make sure you send invitations USING your unique referral link. A referral won't be counted if the referee applies for a trial without using the link.

Q: What customers can get when they apply for a trial through the referral link?
  • Customers will get immediate access to their P-Series trial PBX when they filled out the trial application form. They will also receive automated trial instructions & expiration reminder emails to help them get started with the system quickly.
  • For your referred customers, you have complete ownership. Yeastar will not get in touch with these customers directly.
Q: Will I get notified if I have a new referral trial?
You can check your real-time new referral information on the product list, as shown below:

  1. On Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Products & Purchase > Software PBX (PSE Self-hosted) / Cloud PBX (PCE Instance).

    All the trial/subscription records are displayed on the page.

  2. In the Referrer column, click and search for your Yeastar ID.

    All your referral leads are displayed on the page.
