Obtain Free Trial for Plan and Service of P-Series Appliance Edition

Yeastar P-Series Appliance Edition comes with Basic Plan, which is essentially free and delivers basic telephony features. 3-tiered plans (Standard Plan, Enterprise Plan, and Ultimate Plan) and 2 value-added services (Hotel Management Module and Hotel PMS Integration) are accessible to meet diverse communication needs. You can obtain free trial of these plans and services from PBX administrator portal to try out the premium features before subscription.

Requirements and restrictions

Requirements
The application of free trial requires connection to Yeastar application server, which means the PBX must be connected to the Internet while applying for the free trial.
Restrictions
Standard Plan is not supported for free trial.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX administrator portal, and access the application page of free trial.
    • To obtain a free trial of Enterprise Plan or Ultimate Plan, go to Plan > Subscription Service.

    • To obtain a free trial of Hotel Management Module or Hotel PMS Integration service, go to Plan > Add-on Subscription.

      Note:
      • Hotel Management Module service is supported on PBX appliance with version 37.18.0.18 or later.
      • Hotel PMS Integration service is supported on PBX appliance with version 37.11.0.56 or later.
  2. Enable the free trial of the desired plan or service.

    1. Click Enable 30-day Free Trial.

    2. Read through the prompt, and click Yes to confirm your trial.

Result

The free trial is enabled and takes affect immediately. You can try out the premium features through the 30-day period.
