Switch Subscription Plan for P-Series Software Edition
Whenever you receive a request from a customer for switching subscription plan for P-Series Software Edition, you can proceed on Yeastar Partner Portal.
Procedure
- Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Products & Purchase.
- On the product list, click Software PBX (PSE Self-hosted).
- On the right of the desired product, click More, then
select Switch from the drop-down list.
- In the pop-up window, select the desired subscription plan and subscription
term, then click Confirm.
- Click Checkout.
- Review the plan information, service information, and billing information, then complete payment.
Result
- The change of subscription plan will take effect depending on your
action.
- If you switch from Enterprise Plan to Ultimate Plan, the Ultimate Plan takes effect on the software PBX immediately.
- If you switch from Ultimate Plan to Enterprise Plan, the Enterprise Plan will take effect after the current subscription plan expires.
- The billing contact will receive an email containing the order
summary and an invoice. He or she can click on the attached link to view or
download the invoice.Note:
- The attached link is valid in 24 hours and can be used ONCE only.
