Hot Desking
Hot Desking feature allows users to share a desk phone.
To use Hot Desking feature, you need to set up a hot-desking phone by auto provisioning, and enable Hot Desking for extension users.
Note: Any extension users can place emergency calls without logging in to the phone.

Enhanced Emergency Calls
Added support for enhanced emergency calls, such as E911 in America.
When receiving an emergency call, the PSAP (Public Service Answering Point) can immediately pinpoint the caller's location based on the calling number.

Scheduled Paging/Intercom
Added support for making a paging/intercom call on the specified date and time.

Improvements and bug fixes

System Security/Stability
SIP Trunk
  • Added the Ignore 183 message without SDP setting.

    • Enabled: PBX will not forward 183 message when it doesn't contain SDP.
    • Disabled: PBX will convert all 183 messages without SDP to those with SDP.
  • Optimized the values taken in Outbound Parameters and Transfer Parameters.
  • Optimized SIP trunk status: With Qualify disabled, status of the registered SIP trunk will be displayed as "Unmonitored".
  • Fixed the Peer Trunk issue: With Qualify disabled, trunk status was displayed incorrectly.
  • Fixed the DOD issue: Not all the DOD numbers were displayed after importing 500 DOD numbers.
SIP Relevant
  • Fixed the All Busy Mode for SIP Forking issue: With All Busy Mode for SIP Forking enabled, when an incoming call was picked up, the extension user could not answer another incoming call.
  • Fixed the video call failure on Grandstream phones.
Call Control
  • Added support for searching outbound routes.
  • Added support for searching inbound routes.
  • Added the Max Call Duration setting to restrict the maximum call duration when users place outbound calls through the outbound route.

  • Optimized DID pattern for inbound routes: Wildcard is not allowed in DID Pattern.

    For example, 7XXX-8000 is not allowed.

Call Features
Feature Description
  • Added support for playing a custom prompt.
  • Added support for enabling and disabling conference menu.
    Note: When enabled, users can press * on the dialpad to enter the conference menu during a conference call.
  • Added support for setting the maximum time limit when recording greetings via voicemail.
  • Fixed the Voicemail to Email issue: The email attachment was abnormal if Distinctive Caller ID was enabled (Settings > PBX > General > Preferences).
Call Forwarding
  • Changed the default call forwarding duration to 75s.
    Note: If you want to change the duration, contact Yeastar Support.
  • Fixed the call forwarding issue: Extension user changed call forwarding settings on user portal, but it didn't take effect.
  • Fixed the call forwarding issue: There was no audio when an inbound call was forwarded twice.
Call Park
  • Fixed the call park issue: If a call was parked twice, and was not retrieved before the parking timeout, PBX would call back to an incorrect destination.
  • Fixed the queue issue: When an agent answered a call, a prompt of missed call still displayed on other agents' phone.
  • Fixed the importing issue of blocklist: After importing multiple blocklists, extensions could not reach each other.
Event Center
  • Optimized the notification of Emergency Call event.
  • Optimized Extension Outbound Calls Prohibited event: Added support for recording IP address of the SIP terminal. The administrator can check the source IP address when toll fraud happens.

CDR and Recording
  • Fixed the CDR and Recording issue: When a ring group member answered a call, the call was not recorded and more than one call record was generated.
  • Fixed the issue that the call records of ring groups were not displayed correctly.
  • Fixed the issue that recording files might be lost.
System Log
  • Optimized API log aprsrv.log.
Web Interface
  • Added support for Romanian interface.
  • Added support for querying the status of Linkus clients.
  • Added support for sending emails to Linkus users.
  • Added support for enabling and disabling Linkus feature for extensions.
  • Optimized the following interfaces (Fill in the parameters that are required and to be updated when calling an interface):

    • inroute/update
    • outroute/update
    • siptrunk/update
    • pagingroup/update
  • Fixed the CDR download issue: If users called the API interface to download call records, some call records would display incorrectly.
Auto Provisioning
  • Added support for setting a Yealink phone as a hot-desking phone. The extension user with hot desking enabled can log in and use the hot-desking phone.

  • Optimized the DSS Key settings for Fanvil phones: The BLF option of DSS Key Subtype is subdivided into BLF/AXFER, BLF/BXFER, BLF/Conference, and BLF/DTMF.
  • Fixed the DSS Key issue for Fanvil X5 phones: After auto provisioning DSS Keys for X5 phones, some DSS keys were not displayed.
  • Fixed the Line Key issue of Yealink phones: When the Type of Line Key was set to Speed Dial, no options were available for Line.
  • Fixed the Auto Provisioning issue on Fanvil phones: The login password of phone web interface was reset after auto provisioning.
  • Fixed the Side Key issue for Fanvil phones: After auto provisioning Side Keys, some side keys did not take effect.
Linkus Server
  • Fixed the call issue: When Ring Timeout was set to 0, there was no audio during a call.
  • Fixed the issue that Linkus welcome email was not sent successfully from the PBX.
Zoho Integration
  • Optimized Zoho integration: If Yeastar Cloud PBX is integrated with Zoho, the system associates Zoho contacts with extension numbers on Yeastar Cloud PBX.

    Note: The optimization fixed the call pop-up issue: Incoming calls could not pop up when the extension's Caller ID was changed.
