Voicemail Sharing

In the new version, you have two options to manage voicemail messages centrally and efficiently:

OPTIMIZATION

Stability & Security
  • Improved the system stability: The system might hang after changing and applying configurations on web interface.
  • Optimized the system startup process to ensure that a large number of SIP extension can be registered.
  • Fixed the issue on Limited Country Access setting page: If all countries were configured to allow to access the PBX, the country lists would disappear.
Recording & Storage
  • Fixed the issue that the recording contents would be lost.
System Logs
  • The system will automatically trace API relevant logs and generate a apisrv.log file which is contained in the compressed system log file.
  • Optimized Logs AutoCleanup setting: The default setting of Max Size of Total Logs is 10MB.
SIP Relevant
  • Optimized SIP trunk: Added supported for getting DID from P-Called-Party-ID header.
  • Added global Inband Progress setting (PBX > General > SIP > Advanced).
    • Enable Inband Progress: PBX will send a 183 Session Progress to the extension when told to indicate ringing and will immediately start sending ringing as audio.
    • Disable Inband Progress: PBX will send a 180 Ringing to the extension when told to indicate ringing and will NOT send it as audio.
  • Optimized 180 Ringing response messages to INVITE packet: The Contact header contains information of username and SIP server.

    In the earlier version, the Contact header of 180 message only contains information of SIP server.

  • Optimized All Busy Mode for SIP Forking: PBX will send “486 Busy” to the caller to indicate that the callee is busy.

    In the earlier version, PBX would sent “603 Decline” to the caller.

  • Fixed All Busy Mode for SIP Forking issue: The All Busy Mode for SIP Forking setting didn’t take effect on ring group members.
  • Fixed the call transfer issue: When All Busy Mode for SIP Forking was enabled, the call could not be transferred to an extension whose call was picked up by other user.
  • Fixed the SIP issue: If the Send Remote Party ID setting and Send P Asserted Identity setting were enabled, SIP calls would be disconnected automatically.
  • Fixed the SIP issue: The inbound call from SIP trunk to an extension might fail.
  • Fixed the SIP issue: During a call, no sound would be heard from the ITSP because PBX sent a RTP(CN) packet to the ITSP.
Extensions
  • Fixed the extension issue: User Agents settings would be incorrect after edition and apply.
Trunks
  • The maximum length of DOD Name is limited to 31 characters.

    In the earlier version, the maximum length of DOD Name was 15 characters.

Feature Codes
  • Fixed the issue that dialing *071 to disable Forward All Calls could not take effect.
  • Fixed the issue that disabling feature codes on web interface would fail.
Web Interface
  • Updated Russian and Italian web interface.
CDR
  • Fixed CDR issue: The callee’s caller ID name wasn’t displayed in CDR if the callee’s extension was unregistered.
API
  • Improved the API stability.
  • Fixed the CDR download issue: A “504 gateway timeout” error occurred when requesting to download a CDR file.
  • Fixed the CDR issue: If Control Inbound Call Destination was enabled, the Caller ID was incorrect when the inbound call was made through a VoIP Account trunk.
  • Fixed the CDR issue: The call duration was incorrect.
Auto Provisioning
  • Updated Russian and Italian web interface.
  • Optimized Auto Provisioning template: Blank spaces are allowed in the Name filed.
  • Fixed the Auto Provisioning template issue: The customized parameters on the template would be lost.

  • Fixed Auto Provisioning template issue: A template error would occur if the special character & was contained in the customized parameters.
Conference Panel
  • Updated Russian and Italian web interface.
