Version 1.7.21

Date: July 24, 2023

  • Fixed the following extension issues:
    • All extensions lost connections after the SBC server was restarted.
    • Extensions registrations all failed.
  • Fixed the issue that SIP trunks lost connections unexpectedly.
  • Fixed the issue that LDAP contact querying was slow.
  • Fixed the issue that there was one-way audio or no-audio issue during calls.
  • Fixed the memory leak issue.

Version 1.6.30

Date: February 21, 2022

  • Optimized SBC startup programs.
  • Fixed the call issue: A user had registered the Hikvision door phones on a Cloud PBX, and sent a call via the door station, after the indoor station answered and opened the door, the call couldn't hang up automatically.
  • Fixed the issue that when an inbound call was transferred to an extension, the call became silent because the RTP stream was stopped unexpectedly.
  • Fixed the issue that after a user enabled SRTP feature for an extension, the extension failed to send calls because the SBC didn't respond to the 180 message carrying with SDP.
  • Fixed the SIP trunk issues:
    • SIP trunk failed to be registered due to DNS resolution failure.
    • SIP trunk registration kept failing due to insufficient server memory.
  • Fixed the Interconnection issue with an on-premises PBX: The Cloud PBX provided an account trunk with TLS transport to connect with an on-premises PBX, the trunk would be disconnected randomly.
  • Fixed the issue that after a new SBC Server was installed and restarted, the CPU utilization was 100%.

  • Fixed the issue that an external call would be disconnected automatically because SBC didn't reply to the UPDATE packets which were sent from the ITSP.
  • Fixed the issue that one-way audio issue would occur during an external call because SBC replied to INVITE packets with 200OK contained an incorrect IP address.
  • Fixed the issue that inbound calls might not be established because SBC didn't forward INVITE packets to PBX.

  • Fixed the issue that PBX would fail to work because of RTP packets loop issue in SBC.

  • Fixed the issue that PBX could not receive inbound calls because SBC didn't forward SIP INVITE packets to PBX.

  • Fixed the issue that there was no sound after a call was established for 2 hours.

  • Fixed the compatibility issue with VoIP Innovation: Users would hear no audio for a few seconds when they made inbound calls to the trunk number of VoIP Innovation.
  • Fixed the issue that SBC could not redirect Re-INVITE packets to the correct PBX instance, which caused the call to be disconnected automatically.
  • Fixed the issue that SBC responded 200OK with incorrect SDP details, which caused no audio after receiving SIP Re-INVITE packets.
  • Fixed the issue that SBC sent INVITE packets with different SDP ports to the same ITSP, which caused one-way audio issue.
  • Fixed the issue that the LDAP Server App on the PBX could not work.
  • Fixed the Interconnection issue with Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX: Calling from Cloud PBX through one of S-Series VoIP PBX's trunk, the call could not be disconnected automatically on the callee's side after the caller hung up.

  • Fixed the compatibility issue with TLS protocol: Registering extensions by TLS protocol would cause high CPU usage.
  • Fixed the compatibility issue with Gigaset N510 IP phone: Gigaset N510 IP phone could not disconnect calls because the phone could not recognize the BYE packet sent by SBC.

  • Fixed the issue that the call was not disconnected on the caller's side because SBC sent an incorrect BYE packet.
  • Fixed the issue that there was no sound after the call was established for 30 seconds because SBC sent an incorrect 200OK packet.
  • Fixed the issue that the call would be disconnected automatically if the ITSP sent a RE-INVITE packet during the call.
  • Fixed the issue that there was no sound after an inbound call was established for 3 seconds.

  • Fixed the call issue on Vtech ET365 phone: If TCP protocol was used on Vtech ET365 phone, the calls on Vtech ET365 phone could not be disconnected.
  • Fixed the issue on Linkus mobile clients: There would be no audio during the call if you switched the network type between WiFi and 4G on your mobile.
  • Fixed the Call Pickup issue: If a member of pickup group picked up an incoming call, other members still received "missed call" information on their phones.
