Obtain Free Trial for Custom Domain Name Service

Custom Domain Name service allows you to customize the domain name of P-Series Cloud PBXs, so as to establish your own brand of Cloud PBXs. You can apply for the trial of the service before subscribing to it.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Products & Purchase.
  2. On the product list, click Trial on Add-on Service.

    A side panel slides in from the right of the page.

  3. Search and select the user for whom you want to request the trial of custom domain name service from the drop-down list.

    The selected user will have full access to add custom domain(s) on Yeastar Central Management.

  4. Click Choose on Cloud PBX (PCE Instance).

  5. On the service list, click Trial of Custom Domain Name service.

  6. Optional: On the left Assign This Product To section, search and select a user to associate with the product.

    The selected user will have access to view the subscription details within the Partner Portal (Path: Products & Purchase > Add-on Service).

    Note:
    • This does NOT grant administration permission for custom domain name within the corresponding Yeastar Central Management.
    • If the desired user doesn't exist, you can click Add Partner to add a user. This will create a new Partner Portal account, and an account activation email will be sent to the assigned email address. If you DO NOT want your customer to receive this email, DO NOT click Add Partner here.

  7. On the right Order Summary section, click Checkout.

Result

The free trial of PCE Custom Domain Name service has been enabled for the selected user, and synchronized to the user's Yeastar Central Management (Path: My Subscription).

What to do next

Go to Yeastar Central Management to add custom domain name(s).
