Upload a Custom Prompt
This topic describes how to upload a custom prompt.
Prerequisites
Prepare an audio file that meets the following requirements:- File format:
.wav,.mp3, or.gsm- PCM, 8K, 16bit, 128kbps
- A-law(g.711), 8k, 8bit, 64kbps
- u-law(g.711), 8k, 8bit, 64kbps
Tip: If the audio file does not meet the requirements, you can convert the audio file via WavePad or G711 File Converter online. - File size: Up to 8MB.

Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- Click Upload.
- In the pop-up window, select an audio file from your local PC and click Open.
Result
The uploaded file is displayed on Custom Prompt page.
