Remote Management Overview
If you require remote technical support or troubleshooting, you can connect your PBX to a central management platform, either Yeastar-hosted or self-hosted. This allows device providers to securely access and manage your PBX remotely, helping you maintain security while reducing IT and maintenance costs.

Connection status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Connecting | The PBX is connecting to a central management platform. |
| Connected | The PBX is connected to a central management platform. |
| Disconnect | The PBX is NOT connected to a central management platform. |
| Error | The PBX is connected to a central management platform, but specific errors occur. |
| Expired | Device provider's subscription for Remote Management Service was expired. |
