Auto Provisioning Phone Information Parameters

Descriptions for parameters in exported and imported Auto Provisioning Phone Information CSV file.

The maximum character length is 17, where you can enter a combination of letters or numbers with a total of 12 characters.

Template The configuration template used to provision the phone. Required The name of default or custom template.
Tip: To obtain the value for this parameter, go to Auto Provisioning > Resource Repository > Default Templates / Custom Templates, then copy the name in the Template Name column.

RPS PIN RPS PIN for Yealink phones, which can be entered on the phone to complete the RPS provisioning process if required. Optional

Onsite Proxy UUID The UUID of the Onsite Proxy instance. Optional
The UUID of the Onsite Proxy instance used for auto provisioning.
Note: To obtain the parameter value, go to System > Onsite Proxy, then copy the UUID of the desired instance in the UUID column.

Hot Desking Phone Whether to set the phone as a hot desking phone. Optional Permitted value:
  • 0: Disable.
  • 1: Enable.
Note:
  • Hot Desking Phone will be filled with default value 0 if you leave this field empty.
  • Do NOT set this parameter to 1 for DECT phones, or it will cause error when importing.

Hot Desking Emergency Outbound Caller ID The ELIN assigned to the hot deskting phone, which can be used for location identification when placing an emergency call from this phone. Optional

Authentication First-time Whether to require users to enter authentication information on the phone before triggering the first-time provisioning. Optional
Note:
  • If Hot Desking Phone is set to 1, this parameter MUST be 0, or it will cause error when importing.
  • This parameter only takes effect when Onsite Proxy UUID field is empty.
Permitted value:
  • 0: Disable.
  • 1: Enable.
Note: Authentication First-time will be filled with a default value if you leave this field empty.
If Hot Desking Phone = 0, the default value will be 1. Otherwise, the default value will be 0.
Assign Extension The extension(s) to be assigned to the phone. Required if Hot Desking Phone = 0.
Note:
  • Do NOT set this parameter if Hot Desking Phone = 1, or it will cause error when importing.
  • The maximum character length is 1024.
  • For IP phones, the format should be {SIP Line}:{Extension Number}, and multiple SIP lines are separated by &.
    Example:
    SIP1:1000&SIP2:1001&SIP3:1002
  • For DECT phones, the format should be {Handset Number}:{Extension Number}, and multiple handsets are separated by &.
    Example:
    1:1004&2:1005&3:1006

Phonebook Line The number of the SIP line. The phonebook of extension assigned to the SIP line will be applied to the phone. Optional Only numbers 1 - 16 are allowed.
Note:
  • This parameter takes effect only when Hot Desking Phone field is 0 and Model field is a non-DECT IP phone.
  • This parameter will be filled with default value 1 if you leave this field empty.
  • The number must not exceed the number of SIP lines set in Assign Extension.

Function Key Line The number of the SIP line. The function keys of extension assigned to the SIP line will be applied to the phone. Optional Only numbers 1 - 16 are allowed.
