Customize Email Template for Scheduled CDR

This topic describes how to customize the email template for scheduled CDR.

Introduction

By default, Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition sends scheduled CDR using the configured email language (set in System > Email > Email Templates > Notification Email Language) and the default email template.

The default email template contains the following information:

  • A download link for CDR.
  • The validity period of the download link.
  • System information, including PBX name and PBX serial number.

If you want to customize the email template for scheduled CDR, follow the instructions below.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > CDR.
  2. In the Scheduled CDR tab, click Email Template.

  3. Configure template settings.
    1. In the Template drop-down list, select Custom.

    2. Edit email subject and content according to your needs.
    3. Click Save.

Result

The PBX will send scheduled CDR using the customized email template.
