Automatic Recording For calls configured for automatic recording, recording starts when the call is connected. In this case, the user can control recording status based on the assigned recording operation permission.

To achieve this, you need to set up automatic recording, then the user can control call recording using either of the following methods:

    • Press the recording button in NovoOne Clients
    • Dial a feature code (default: *1)
Note: You can change the feature code in Tenant portal (Path: Call Features > Feature Code > Recording > Switch User Recording Status).
    Manual Recording

  2. Click beside the desired user.
  3. In the Features tab, turn off the switch of Call Recording and confirm the operation.

  4. Click Save.

  • Call recording is disabled for the user.
  • Existing recording files for the user are not affected and will be retained according to the configured retention period.
