Call Recording Overview

Call Recording enables users to record calls, helping preserve important conversations and providing valuable support for employee training, performance evaluation, and feedback.

What is call recording?

Call Recording captures call conversations and saves them as recording files that can be accessed and managed after the call. Depending on your configuration, calls can be recorded automatically or users can manually control the recording during a call.

NovoOne supports the following recording types:
  • Automatic Recording: Automatically records specified calls (i.e. internal calls, external calls, queue calls) when they are connected, without manual intervention.
  • Manual Recording: Allow users to start and control recording status during a call.

How to set up call recording?

  1. Enable call recording.
  2. (Optional) Customize recording setting.

After call recordings are generated, you can view and manage recording files in Tenant portal, while users can access their recordings from NovoOne clients.
