Call Transfer Overview
Call Transfer enables users to transfer an active call to another phone number, ensuring the call reaches the right person efficiently.
What is call transfer?
Call Transfer allows users to move their active calls to another internal number or external number.
- Attended Transfer: The transferor consults with the transfer
recipient before completing the transfer.
For example, an assistant can confirm with executive whether they are available before transferring the call.
- Blind Transfer: The transferor transfers the call directly to the
recipient without consultation.
For example, transfer a call directly to ring group.
