Cloud PBX Overview

Yeastar Central Management provides centralized management of P-Series Cloud PBXs, allowing you to quickly launch Cloud PBXs, perform comprehensive configuration and maintenance operations, and monitor resource usage in real-time, thereby streamlining the entire PBX lifecycle.

Cloud PBX launch

Deploy and activate new PBX instances to initiate customer service.

Operation Description
Create a Cloud PBX Create a PBX instance and allocates system resources based on the customer's requirements.
Send Cloud PBX Activation Emails Send initial setup instructions and credentials to administrators, getting them started immediately.
Start or Stop a P-Series Cloud PBX Control the operational state of the PBX instance, enabling or disabling its services.

Cloud PBX management

Configure access, scale capacity, perform maintenance, and handle administrative tasks throughout the PBX lifecycle.

PBX Identify & Access Control
Update PBX name Modify the device name displayed in Yeastar Central Management for easy identification.
Change activation email recipients Update the email address for receiving PBX activation emails.
Reset administrator password Reset the password for the PBX super administrator in case they forget the password.
Enable passwordless login Enable direct and secure access to the PBX web portal from Yeastar Central Management without entering password.
PBX Capacity & Subscription Management
Expand or Reduce System Capacity Adjust the system capacity for the PBX as needed, such as the number of extensions, concurrent calls, recording capacity, etc.
Enable or Disable Call Recording Adjust the call recording capacity, or disable the call recording feature for the PBX.
Enable or Disable Internal Chat Controls whether extension users of the PBX can use the internal instant messaging (IM) feature on their Linkus UC clients.
Upgrade or Downgrade Plan Switch the PBX to a different service feature package.
Change PBX Expiration Date Modify the service subscription expiration date for the PBX.
Convert a Trial PBX to Commercial Version Seamlessly convert the PBX from a trial version to a commercial version.
PBX System Maintenance
Upgrade Firmware Upgrade the firmware of the PBX from Yeastar Central Management.
Grant Firmware Upgrade Permission to PBX Allow the PBX administrator to initiate firmware upgrades from the PBX web portal.
Provision PBX via Template Rapidly configure the PBX using a predefined provisioning template, primarily for initial setup.
Create PBX Backup File Create a backup file of the PBX's configuration and data.
Restore PBX from a Backup Restore the PBX system to a previous state using a backup file.
Switch PBX's OEM ID Change the OEM ID of the PBX to seamlessly rebrand the PBX systems to display your customized brand information, without affecting current system configurations or data.
PBX Instance Management
Export PBXs Export an information list of Cloud PBXs managed within Yeastar Central Management.
Delete PBXs Permanently remove a PBX and all its associated data from Yeastar Central Management.

Yeastar Central Management provides comprehensive monitoring capabilities, allowing you to track CPU, memory, and disk usage of your Cloud PBXs for immediate performance visibility, resource utilization tracking, and proactive issue identification.
