Delete P-Series Cloud PBXs
If users don't need specific P-Series Cloud PBXs, you can delete them.
Procedure
- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Select the checkboxes of desired PBXs, click Delete.
- In the pop-window, enter a verification code to confirm your operation, then click Confirm.
Result
- The PBXs are deleted and can NOT be retrieved.
- The number of extensions, concurrent calls, and recording capacity is
retrieved.Important: Ultimate Plan can NOT be retrieved and refund is NOT supported.
